Keto Cheese Papri Chaat (Veg)

Many times while on Keto diet, When moving around on the roads, We see people having Street food.

But being on Keto diet one cannot have Papri Chaat, Tikki Chaat or Bhel.
So in order to fulfil my craving, I made this keto Papri Chaat.

Ingredients:
Cheese Slice 2 no
Finely chopped Onion 20g
Finely chopped Tomato 20g
Hung curd 1tbsp
Water 3tbsp
Tomato Puree 2tsp
Lemon 1/2
Sugarfree tsp
Coriander-Mint chutney 2tsp
Finely chopped Coriander leaves  2tsp
Chilli powder 1/2
Rock salt 1tsp
Roasted Cumin powder 1tsp
Parchment sheet


Method

  • On a Parchment sheet, place the cheese slices and cut each slice into 4 and separate a bit. Now Microwave it for 1 min 40 seconds high. Now your Papri is ready.
  • Take it out and put it on a serving plate, placing the flat side up. Put all d Papris separately.Now sprinkle Onions and Tomatoes on each Papri.
  • To the Tomato puree add sugarfree and 1/2 lemon juice.
  • This is your Sweet and Sour Chutney.
  • To the hung curd add the water and stir it to make a semi flowing consistency.
  • To the each Papri put curd on the top.
  • Add the Tomato puree chutney now
  • Now put a small dollop of coriander-mint chutney on each Papri.
  • Sprinkle rock salt, chilli powder and roasted Cumin powder.
  • Serve it before it gets soggy.
